Experience: Along with conducting approximately 2,000 Home Inspections, David Trent has been a licensed General Contractor for more than 2 1/2 decades. During the course of his over 25 year career, David has performed nearly 200 residential remodels & additions as well as commercial tenant improvements and new commercial construction projects. Some of his clients included Firestone, Game Stop, Sketchers, Pep Boys and Wendy’s. His many years of construction has given him extensive experience in actual hands on building, which goes beyond classroom learning.
