This vast experience has given me the in-depth understanding of how a home is actually built. Many inspectors have simply gone to school. And in California, many inspectors have neither construction experience or education. 20/20 Vision Home Inspections has coupled years of experience with top education through American Home Inspectors training (AHIT) masters course requiring 300 hours of class time. We are members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) which have the most stringent Standards of Practice in the industry. Furthermore, we are OSHA 30 certified for job site safety.
