Did you know that it is against ASHI Standards for your home inspector to perform any repairs on a home they inspect for the following 12 months? This ensures a conflict of interest is avoided. Well, though 20/20 Vision Home Inspections owner, David Trent, has been a licensed general contractor since 1995.
